Hi all,

I know it’s taken a while to publish this post, but I’ve been a little under the weather. The bridal shower went off without a hitch and I gotta say, I’m pretty proud of how everything turned out.Dessert Table

To recap, I made Rosemary Sugar Cookies and Balsamic Chocolate Truffles. I also made a chocolate cake, champaign cupcakes, and chocolate cupcakes.

The truffles were especially fun because I made them into a tower. Ahem. A golden snitch tower. My cousins and I are avid Harry Potter fans, so I thought it would be fun to make the truffles into a tower, spray paint them gold (with edible color mist), and maybe add a few feathers.

This photo was taken after a couple truffles were eaten. My family couldn’t eat the truffles fast enough!

I made chocolate cupcakes and decorated them to look like owls. What bridal shower is complete without Harry Potter fan food?!Owls

I borrowed a stellar recipe from another blogger to make champagne cupcakes. Check out the original recipe on The Stir. They turned out so buttery, airy, and delicious. champagnedress

In other news, those browned butter pumpkin cupcakes were a delicious success. You’ve got to try to them!

Thanks for stopping by!
